The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Privacy Act requires us to notify our clients of our policies regarding the privacy of their non-public personal information. As your CPA firm, we collect information provided by you from your personal tax organizer, worksheets, documents, discussions, and information that we develop as part of the engagement.

To the extent permitted by law and any applicable state Code of Professional conduct, certain nonpublic information about you may be disclosed to provide information to affiliates of the firm and nonaffiliated third parties who perform services or functions for us in conjunction with our services provided to you.  In those instances we only make such disclosure if we have a contractual agreement with the other party which prohibits them from disclosing or using the information other than for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

We are committed to safe keeping of your personal confidential information and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.
